Hey!
The update schedule for the last book will be proceeding differently, since I was starting to feel the sting of three different chapters a week by last book’s end. Instead of three smaller updates I’ll be putting up two larger ones, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Word count wise I will theoretically split the length of what the third chapter would have been in two and assign it to the two remaining updates, but practically speaking I expect more content will end up put out there. At the very least I’ll have longer to check chapters for typos, which I expect many of you will find a welcome change.
As I said before the break that updates would resume on the 6th that is still what you’ll be getting, so the prologue and extra chapter will still be coming out a little after midnight, one day early.
Hope you’ll enjoy the new book, and the last stretch of the series!

Same word count but fewer chapters? That would mean fewer quotes! How dare you! This will decrease the amount of wisdom we can learn from past Dread Emperors (and other unimportant people) by one third!
Joking aside, just do whatever fits best for you. This will be the last volume. Right now the most important thing is not keeping the old schedules, but making sure that it’s a fitting end to the story.

Longer chapters are good, will me miss the 3 chapters per week but at least i should enjoy each chapter longer this way.
